This training’s purpose is to provide a general understanding of mindfulness and mindlessness. It will also provide insight and instruction into incorporating mindfulness into one’s daily life.

This training can be used with almost any population who can read and understand the concepts. It can be used in most settings, including the home, school, work, and clinical.
The goal is to improve one’s overall life and experiences. Mindfulness can truly make the impossible, possible.
